桂林电子科技大学坐落于世界著名的风景游览城市和中国历史文化名城—广西桂林市。桂林市以“山清、水秀、洞奇、石美”著称，被誉为“大自然艺术之宫”。其壮丽的山水景观和丰富的历史文化吸引了无数游客。桂林电子科技大学始建于1960年，是中国工业和信息化部、国防科技工业局与广西共建高校，也是中国四所电子科技大学之一。学校牵头组建广西人工智能学院、广西人工智能实验室，在南宁市设立桂电南宁研究院。

Guilin University of Electronic Technology is located in Guilin city, Guangxi—a world-renowned tourist destination and a historic cultural city in China. Known for its stunning mountains, beautiful waters, mystical caves, and picturesque rocks,Guilin is celebrated as the Palace of Nature's Art. Its magnificent natural landscapes and rich historical culture attract countless tourists. Established in 1960, Guilin University of Electronic Technology is jointly built by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the National Defense Technology Industry Bureau, and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is also one of the four prestigious electronic science and technology universities in China.GUET took the lead in establishing the Guangxi Artificial Intelligence College and the Guangxi Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, and GUET has also established the GUET Nanning Research Institute and in Nanning.

Project Description: Relying on the top scientific research resources of the School of Information and Communication Engineering, this project builds an international academic platform centered on cutting-edge technology exploration and international cooperation practice. It offers academic lectures, practical training, laboratory visits and cross-national research seminars covering 6G communications, artificial intelligence, integrated circuits and other related fields. It aims to promote knowledge sharing and innovative collaboration, and cultivate high-caliber scientific research talents with a global vision.

Project Description: Relying on its disciplinary strengths and the Guangxi University Engineering Research Center of Automotive Electronic Control Technology, the School of Electronic Engineering and Automation focuses on research directions including automotive electronic control, intelligent driving, embedded systems and industrial automation. Through academic lectures, project training, laboratory visits and transnational joint research seminars, it cultivates innovative talents in the fields of automotive electronics and intelligent control.

Project Description: Focusing on the innovative practice of intellectual property protection and legal construction in China in the era of the digital economy, this project adopts special courses, field visits, international youth forums, and simulated negotiations on digital rule of law. It demonstrates the unique value of China’s modernization drive under the rule of law, and enhances international youth’s understanding and recognition of China’s legal civilization.

6. 项目介绍：依托广西光电信息处理重点实验室，聚焦太赫兹技术、光纤光子技术、遥感技术、光电精密检测四大方向，开展理论授课、前沿讲座、实验室实训与学术研讨，推动光学工程领域国际学术交流与人才培养。

Project Description: Relying on the Guangxi Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Information Processing, this programfocuses on four major research areas: Terahertz technology, fiber photonics technology, remote sensing technologyand precision optoelectronic detection. It deliverstheoretical courses, frontier lectures, laboratory training and academic seminarstopromote international academic exchanges and talent cultivation in the field of optical engineering.

三、资助内容

Supported Items

学费、校内住宿费、生活费及综合医疗保险，标准参照国家留学基金委（CSC）短期项目执行。

Tuition fees, on-campus accommodation, living expenses,and comprehensive medical insurance will be covered according to the standards of CSC short-term programs.

Applicants must be currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate students, in-service teachers, or young researchers from overseas higher education institutions and research organizations.
