刘彩华博士长期研究基于大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术的医疗健康数据质量和信息质量治理以及企业数字化转型，具有七年境外学习工作经历。近五年来，在相关领域国际权威期刊及国际顶尖会议发表学术论文20余篇，其中，一研究成果被Journal of Computer Assisted Learning期刊连续两年（2021-2022, 2022-2023）评为高被引论文。在科学出版社出版学术专著1部。主持教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金项目1项。面向本科生，承担《计算机组成原理》等基础课程。自2021年起担任爱思唯尔（Elsevier）出版集团下Healthcare Analytics期刊副主编。
