Our University Holds 2025 Pre-departure Training Session for Students Going Abroad (Overseas)

To enhance students’ safety awareness during overseas visits and ensure the smooth conduct of overseas study and exchange, our university organized and held the 2025 Pre-departure Training Session for Overseas Visits on June 27 at the Lecture Hall 201 of the College of International Exchange. Students who are about to visit countries such as Hungary, Australia, and Japan attended the meeting. Leaders from the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange and experts in related fields were present at the event.

At the training session, relevant leaders from the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange explained in detail the policy requirements regarding foreign affairs discipline, passport and visa management, and the purchase of overseas insurance. Combining typical cases, they reminded students to guard against common issues such as telecommunications fraud and cultural conflicts. They emphasized that overseas visits are an important part of the school’s international talent training. It is hoped that students will cherish their homeland, abide by laws and regulations, study diligently and think carefully, and display the demeanor of Chinese youth in a cross-cultural environment.

This pre-departure education session systematically covered key links such as ideological construction, safety prevention and control, and academic preparation, reflecting our university’s high attention to international talent training.
