College of International Exchange Organizes Safety Education Meeting for International Students

On September 30, 2025, the College of International Exchange held a safety education meeting for international students at the Conference Hall of Teaching Building 45, Huajiang Campus. Vice Dean Zhang Min of the College of International Exchange, international student counselors, and representatives of all international students in China attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Vice Dean Zhang Min delivered a speech centering on the two themes of “Strengthening Safety Awareness” and “Comprehensive Student Development”. He emphasized that international students in China must strictly abide by school rules and regulations, build a solid ideological defense line of “Safety First”, master self-learning abilities, actively learn Chinese, and welcome study life with a positive attitude. In addition, international student counselors explained relevant Chinese laws and regulations, school rules and regulations, and holiday precautions.

This meeting popularized relevant legal provisions for international students in China and effectively enhanced the risk prevention awareness of all international students in China. The College will continue to pay attention to students’ growth needs, constantly enrich educational content and forms, and comprehensively promote the healthy growth and development of international students in China.
