2025 “Chinese+” Short-term Study Tour Group Visits Campus for Study Tour

Recently, the 2025 “Chinese+” Short-term Study Tour Group visited our university for study tour activities. The study tour group consists of 16 groups and 417 participants, coming from more than ten universities and enterprises in countries such as Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Laos.

Centered around “Chinese+”, this study tour integrates language learning with professional practice. Participants not only consolidated their Chinese foundation and learned cutting-edge technological knowledge such as artificial intelligence and electronic information through courses, but also visited the School’s Artificial Intelligence Achievement Exhibition Hall and Intelligent Transportation Laboratory, immersively experiencing the charm of technological innovation. The event also included cultural experiences such as calligraphy, paper-cutting, and dumpling-making, allowing participants to experience the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture. In addition, through visits to enterprises, participants had face-to-face exchanges with Chinese corporate executives and technical backbones, gaining a deep understanding of the innovation vitality of China’s industries.

This “Chinese+” short-term study tour project not only provided international students with a window to deeply perceive China and appreciate Guilin’s landscape and culture, but also fully demonstrated GUET’s comprehensive strength in the field of international education, accumulating experience for the university to further deepenglobal cooperation and enhance international influence.
