Our University Successfully Holds the Chinese Government Scholarship International Summer School Program — Frontiers of Information and Communication International Summer Camp

Recently, our university successfully held the Chinese Government Scholarship International Summer School Program — Frontiers of Information and Communication International Summer Camp. Supported by the China Scholarship Council of the Ministry of Education, the program was undertaken by the College of International Exchange and the School of Information and Communication of Guilin University of Electronic Technology. It attracted 39 international students from Vietnam National University, who engaged in a 14-day study and exchange program at our university.

Focusing on the frontiers of the information and communication field, the summer camp adopted various forms such as special lectures and laboratory visits to carry out teaching that combines theory with practice. The participants not only deepened their professional understanding and honed their practical skills but also experienced the profound heritage of Chinese culture through cultural activities such as calligraphy and tea art, forging cross-border friendships through exchange.

This event successfully built an effective platform for youth scientific and technological exchange and cultural dialogue. The participants will become witnesses and promoters of friendship between China and foreign countries, transforming what they have learned and felt in China into a positive force for promoting cooperation. The College of International Exchange of our university will continue to optimize international education project resources, focusing on cultivating international talents with both professional capabilities and cross-cultural communication skills, making greater contributions to global technological development and people-to-people exchanges.
