College Of International Exchange Holds Symposium on International Students’ Dormitory Management

On December 19, 2025, the College Of International Exchange held a special symposium on international students’ dormitory attendance management. Vice Dean Zhang Min, Wu Renchao, Director of the International Student Management Office, relevant counselors, and representatives of international students attended the meeting together.

The meeting conducted special education targeting the recent phenomenon of late returns and reiterated the dormitory management regulations. To strengthen management, the College has officially launched the dormitory fingerprint access control system, which can track and automatically record students’ return times throughout the process, with data uploaded to the management platform in real-time. The College requires all international students to strengthen their sense of discipline, consciously abide by the accommodation regulations, put an end to late return behaviors, and jointly maintain a safe and orderly living environment.

In the future, the College will continue to strengthen guidance on student behavior, improve the management system, and provide international students with a more reassuring and comfortable guarantee for their study and life.
