Our University Holds Winter Vacation Fun Carnival for International Students in China (Photos)

On February 6, our university held the “Warm Winter Stay on Campus, Love Gathering at GUET” Winter Vacation Fun Carnival for international students in China, with more than 300 international students staying on campus participating. In the ethnic sports section, international students actively tried and cooperated tacitly in special sports projects such as back-basket embroidery ball, plank shoes racing, and bamboo pole dance, feeling the unique charm of Guangxi ethnic sports in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere; the paper-cutting and calligraphy experience area appeared warm and focused. Under the guidance of teachers, international students tried to create by themselves and appreciated the charm of traditional Chinese culture; the song party session pushed the activity to a climax. Chinese and foreign classics were sung one after another, conveying emotions through songs, and the on-site atmosphere was warm.

This activity not only provided a communication platform for international students staying on campus and enriched their holiday life, but also made them deeply feel the care of the school, and further enhanced international students’ understanding and love for Chinese culture and Guangxi ethnic customs.
