The admission process for Guilin University of Electronic Technology 2026-2027 MOE and Guangxi Scholarship for ASEAN Students has officially commenced. 一、院校简介

桂林电子科技大学始建于1960年，坐落于世界著名的风景游览城市和中国历史文化名城桂林市，是全国四所电子科技大学之一，也是国家工业和信息化部与广西壮族自治区人民政府共建高校、国家“中西部高校基础能力建设工程”入选高校。

 I. Brief Introduction to GUET

Located in Guilin, the world famous scenic historical city, Guilin University of Electronic Technology named as GUET for short was founded in 1960 and is one of the four universities of electronic science and technology in China, and jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, GUET is also one of the nominated universities of “National Basic Ability Construction Project for Western and Central China”.

GUET offers 76 bachelor programs including 23 national first-class programs, 20 programs have passed the certification of China Engineering Education Accreditation Association (including 1 accredited by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) , 1 program under the National Comprehensive Reform Pilot initiative and 5 national characteristic programs. GUET has 21 master’s programs as well as 12 professional master’s programs. GUET also has 8 doctoral programs and 4 postdoctoral research centers. 二、奖学金资助标准

（一）免学费；

（二）免住宿费；

（三）提供生活补助；

（四）提供来华留学综合医疗保险；

（五）国际旅费由学生自理。

本科生原则上资助期限最高为4学年；硕士研究生原则上资助期限最高为4学年（含1年汉补）；博士研究生原则上资助期限最高为5学年（含1年汉补）。

   The sponsorship period for undergraduate students is generally a maximum of 4 academic years. The sponsorship period for master's students is generally a maximum of 4 academic years (including 1 year of Chinese language remedial studies). The sponsorship period for doctoral students is generally a maximum of 5 academic years (including 1 year of Chinese language remedial studies).

三、招生类别

招生对象仅限全日制在校本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生。招生专业以理工农医类及人工智能类为主，语言文学类专业、已在读学生（应届毕业生除外）、联合培养学生不予招收。

III. Admission Categories

Applicants shall be limited to full-time on-campus undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students. Majors offered mainly include science, engineering, agriculture, medicine and artificial intelligence. Majors of language and literature, currently enrolled students (except graduating seniors) and joint-training students are not eligible for admission.

四、申请时间

申请人应在2026年4月10日前向桂林电子科技大学提出申请。

IV. Application Period

Applicants shall submit applications to Guilin University of Electronic Technology by April 10, 2026.

五、申请条件

（一）东盟国家学生，身心健康。

（二）学历和年龄要求：

1.申请攻读本科者，应当具有高中毕业同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过25周岁；

2.申请攻读硕士研究生者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；

3.申请攻读博士研究生者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁。

（三）语言要求：

1.自2026-2027学年起，来华攻读本科学位的申请人须在提交申请前参加“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”(以下简称CSCA)，并将有效成绩单上传信息系统。CSCA成绩单将作为我校审核录取的必要材料之一。CSCA有关介绍详见官方网站www. csca.cn。

2.中文授课（本科、硕士、博士）：申请以中文为专业教学语言的，其中文水平原则上应达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级180分及以上。申请攻读硕士、博士者，若中文水平未达到四级（HSK4），可以进行一年汉语补习。

3.英文授课（博士）：申请以英语为专业教学语言的博士研究生，英文水平需达到雅思成绩6.0分以上或同等水平证明。

（四）申请人应当同时符合我校在学术能力及其他相关方面的入学要求。

      Ⅴ. Application Requirements

     1. Applicants must be students from ASEAN countries and in sound physical and mental health.

     2. Academic Qualifications and Age Limits:

   (1) For Bachelor's Degree Programs: Applicants must possess a qualification equivalent to a senior high school diploma, demonstrate excellent academic performance, and generally be no older than 25 years.

    (2) For Master's Degree Programs: Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrate excellent academic performance, and generally be no older than 35 years.

    (3) For Doctoral Degree Programs: Applicants must hold a Master's degree or equivalent, demonstrate excellent academic performance, and generally be no older than 40 years.

3. Language Proficiency Requirements:

(1) CSCA Test (For Undergraduate Applicants): Starting from the 2026-2027 academic year, applicants seeking admission to undergraduate programs in China must take the “Undergraduate Academic Proficiency Test for International Students in China” (hereinafter referred to as CSCA) before submitting their application. A valid score report must be uploaded to the application system. The CSCA score report will be one of the essential materials for our university’s admission review. For details regarding the CSCA, please visit the official website: www.csca.cn.

(2) Chinese-taught Programs (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral): Applicants for programs taught in Chinese are generally required to have a Chinese language proficiency level equivalent to HSK Level 4 with a score of 180 or above. Applicants for Master’s or Doctoral programs who do not meet the HSK Level 4 requirement may be admitted to study Chinese for one year as a preparatory student.

(3) English-taught Programs (Doctoral): Applicants for Doctoral programs taught in English must provide proof of English proficiency, such as an IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or an equivalent certificate.

4. Applicants must also meet GUET’s admission requirements regarding academic ability and other relevant aspects.

六、申请方法及申请材料（凡未按以下要求提供材料，申请将被视为作废）

申请人必须如实填写申请表格并严格按要求提交申请材料。

（一）网上申请。申请人登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（ http://www.campuschina.org），在线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》并提交所需申请材料（操作流程详见附件1）。

过期发送或不按要求发送将被视作无效申请。申请人不需要向我校寄送纸质材料。但申请人必须保证所有申请材料的真实准确。一旦发现不实或造假情况，将立即取消奖学金资格。

（二）申请材料

1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文填写）。

2.护照首页。如现持有护照有效期不符合要求（护照有效期应晚于2026年9月），请及时换发新护照。

3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。

4.学习成绩单（自本科阶段起）。成绩单扫描件应包括本科、硕士（如有）、博士（如有）学习阶段，直至最近一学期的成绩。成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。可提供中/英文成绩单，如为英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译件并公证。

5.语言能力证明。申请以中文为专业教学语言的申请人须提供有效期内且与相应中文水平要求相符的HSK成绩报告。申请以外语为专业教学语言的申请人应根据学校要求提供相应的语言能力证明，如雅思或托福成绩单。

6.来华留学本科入学学业水平测试(CSCA)成绩单。申请攻读学士学位者须在申报截止日期前报名参加CSCA并取得有效成绩单(申请2026年9月入学的，须报名参加2025年12月21日或2026年1月25日的CSCA考试)。申请本科中文授课专业需提供专业中文(申请文科专业需提供文科中文成绩;申请理科专业需提供理科中文成绩)、数学和物理成绩;申请本科英文授课专业需提供数学和物理成绩。

7.来华学习计划。应提交中/英文学习计划（1000字以上），博士研究生须由中方导师签字，学习计划只可以用中文或者英文书写。

8.推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写。

9.个人作品。申请攻读艺术、设计类等专业者，可通过“作品/其他支撑材料”上传个人作品类材料（如影像、绘画作品等），亦可按照申请院校要求以其他方式提供。

10.年龄不满18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

11.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写）。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月。

12.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。

注意：通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件，因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。

VI. Application Method and Required Documents(Applications that fail to provide materials as required below shall be deemed invalid.)

Applicants must fill in the application form truthfully and submit application materials in strict accordance with the requirements:

1. Online Application. Applicants shall log on to the China Government Scholarship Information System for International Students (http://www.campuschina.org), fill in the China Government Scholarship Application Form online and submit the required supporting documents (for detailed procedures, see Appendix 1).

Applications submitted overdue or not in accordance with requirements shall be regarded as invalid. Applicants do not need to send paper documents to our university. However, applicants must ensure that all application materials are true and accurate. Any falsification or fraud shall result in immediate disqualification from the scholarship.

2. Application Documents

(1) China Government Scholarship Application Form (to be filled in Chinese or English).

(2) First page of passport. If the validity period of the current passport fails to meet the requirement (validity shall extend beyond September 2026), please renew the passport in a timely manner.

(3) Notarized highest academic certificate. If the applicant is an in-school student, a certificate of expected graduation or student status issued by the current institution shall be submitted.

(4) Academic transcripts (starting from undergraduate studies). Scanned transcripts shall cover academic records from undergraduate, master’s (if applicable), and doctoral (if applicable) stages up to the most recent semester. Transcripts must be issued and stamped by the Academic Affairs Office, Graduate School or relevant student administration department of the applicant’s institution. Chinese or English transcripts are acceptable. For transcripts in languages other than English, a notarized English translation shall be additionally provided.

(5) Language proficiency certificate. Applicants for Chinese‑taught programs shall provide a valid HSK score report meeting the corresponding Chinese proficiency requirements. Applicants for foreign-language-taught programs shall provide relevant language proficiency certificates as required by the university, such as IELTS or TOEFL score reports.

(6) Score report of the Chinese Scholastic Assessment for International Undergraduates (CSCA). Applicants for bachelor’s degree programs shall register for the CSCA and obtain a valid score report before the application deadline (those applying for admission in September 2026 shall take the CSCA examination on December 21, 2025 or January 25, 2026). Applicants for Chinese-taught undergraduate programs shall provide scores in specialized Chinese (arts Chinese for arts majors, science Chinese for science majors), Mathematics and Physics. Applicants for English-taught undergraduate programs shall provide scores in Mathematics and Physics.

(7) A study plan. A Chinese or English study plan (over 1,000 words) shall be submitted. Doctoral applicants shall have their study plan signed by the Chinese supervisor. The study plan may only be written in Chinese or English.

(8) Recommendation letters. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors shall be submitted. The letters shall mainly cover the applicant’s study objectives in China, cooperation between Chinese universities/supervisors and overseas supervisors or inter-university exchanges, as well as evaluations of the applicant’s comprehensive abilities and future development. Recommendation letters may only be written in Chinese or English.

(9) Personal works. Applicants applying for majors such as art and design may upload personal works (e.g. videos, paintings) via the “Works / Other Supporting Materials” section, or provide them in other forms as required by the university.

(10) Applicants under 18 shall submit relevant legal documents for their legal guardians in China.

(11) Copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (the original shall be kept by the applicant. This uniformly printed form issued by Chinese health and quarantine authorities must be filled in English). Applicants shall strictly complete all examination items specified in the form. The form shall be invalid if any item is missing, the applicant’s photo is not affixed or not cross-stamped, or without signatures and seals of physicians and hospitals. The examination result is valid for six months.

(12) No-criminal-record certificate. Applicants shall submit a valid no-criminal-record certificate issued by local public security authorities, generally issued within six months prior to the application submission date.

Note: Documents uploaded via the system shall be clear, true and valid. Applicants are advised to scan relevant documents with professional equipment. Consequences arising from unclear or unidentifiable materials shall be borne by the applicant.
